We collect information from you when you fill out a form or sign up yourself or a student for a class.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

; To register your information with the State of Georgia or other entities

As a State licensed driving school, we are required to submit information you provide to the State of Georgia or other entities to complete enrollment and other tasks necessary to provide our services.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Tuition Transferability

Upon registering for instruction at West Metro Driving School, 10% of the cost of the selected instruction program will be considered a deposit to reserve a seat in class on the registered course dates. If the student is unable to attend a course on that date, they can transfer their deposit a total of two (2) times. These transfers must be to a course program within 6 months of the original pre-registration date. After this 6 month period, the student may be required to complete payment for instruction again. Refunds of Tuition and Other Fees

When registering for a course, 10% of the course program tuition is considered a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is required to secure a seat in a course during instruction. If a part or portion of instruction has taken place, the entirety of the tuition is non-refundable. For information on cancellations, please see the Cancellations policy section.

Cancellations

West Metro Driving School encourages parents and students to ensure that they will be available on the dates selected for course instruction. Classroom course dates can be re-scheduled a total of two (2) times during the 6-month instruction window. Behind the wheel driving sessions can be re-scheduled by contacting the school staff during school office hours. Last minute cancellations, defined as a cancellation that occurs within 24-hours of a scheduled appointment, or during the preceding business day, will require re-payment for the number of cancelled sessions, independent of previously paid tuition or fees.
